This cafe was launched by a company that operates two outdoor facilities in Chiba prefecture, with the concept of “playing in an urban forest.”
The lunch menu features hot sandwiches and coffee—not just ordinary sandwiches, but ones you can grill yourself after 2 PM. Coffee starts from roasting the beans, grinding them to your preferred roast, and then pouring hot water to enjoy the aroma. The menu also includes a variety of camping-style cooking using a gas burner, from smoking thick-cut bacon and vegetables in a smoker to making “S’more Smores” with toasted marshmallows and biscuits.
